1. Who we are

SearchLane (the “Service”) consists of the SearchLane web app at searchlane.app/app, the SearchLane MCP server for AI agents, the free tools on searchlane.app and the Website SEO Checker Chrome extension. It is provided by Lenar Amirov, individual entrepreneur registered in Georgia (“we”, “us”). Contact: hello@searchlane.app; support: support@searchlane.app. By installing the extension, using the web app, the MCP server or the free tools, or buying a plan or credits you accept these Terms.

2. The Service

The extension audits the on-page SEO of web pages you open in your browser. The free part works without an account. The Rankings feature requires signing in and shows Google ranking data for the page you choose to check; this data comes from a third-party provider and is an estimate, not an official Google figure.

The AI search check, also in the Rankings & AI tab, asks ChatGPT with web search, Google AI Mode and Perplexity the page’s top search queries and shows whether their answers cite the page. Perplexity is asked through its API model, which may answer differently from its app. Each result is one live answer: AI search may answer the same question differently another time, and we do not control or guarantee what it cites.

The website audit checks many pages of one site: from the extension in your browser, or from our server through the form on our website. Check only sites you own or are allowed to audit, and do not use it to load a site heavily; we limit how fast and how many pages it requests. Anyone with the link to a saved report can open it.

The web app adds a full-site audit with saved history, a step-by-step SEO plan, competitor comparison, keyword research, rank tracking, backlinks, domain overviews and AI-visibility tracking. If you connect your Google account, it shows your own Google Search Console and Google Analytics reports with read-only access (see the Privacy Policy, section 5b). The MCP server lets AI agents you connect (such as Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor) use the same features on your behalf, with the same plans, limits and credits. Ranking, keyword, backlink and AI-answer data come from third-party providers and are estimates, not official figures of Google or of the AI services.

SEO results depend on many factors outside our control. The Service gives information and recommendations; it does not guarantee any ranking, traffic or revenue.

3. Plans and limits

• Free: the full on-page report without limits; after sign-in, Rankings — 3 checks a day and the AI search check — 1 a day. Website audit: up to 50 pages without an account, 2 saved sites a day of up to 100 pages after sign-in; the form on our website — 2 sites a day of up to 25 pages.
• Pro: $10 per month, including $10 of usage credits for the SearchLane web app each month; Rankings — 20 checks a day, the AI search check — 5 a day, website audit — 10 saved sites a day of up to 500 pages.
• Team ($29 per month, $35 of credits, daily re-audit, up to 25 sites) and Agency ($79 per month, $100 of credits, up to 100 sites) are offered once payments for them open.
• Checks that return no data are not counted. Daily limits reset at midnight UTC.

Credits. Paid features of the SearchLane web app (keyword research, domain overviews, backlinks, rank tracking, AI visibility) use credits. The price of each lookup is shown on its button before you run it, and every charge is shown in Credits & billing. New accounts get $0.50 of trial credits once per person: a second account with the same mailbox, from a network where two accounts already received them in the last 30 days, or with a disposable email address gets none. Free daily checks in the extension are limited to three accounts per network a day. Until payments open, we may add free credits when you ask for a paid plan. The credits included with a plan renew each paid month and does not carry over. Credit packs ($10, $25, $50) never expire while your account exists. When credits run out, paid lookups stop; nothing is charged automatically. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred. Unused credit packs can be refunded within 14 days of purchase.

We may change features or prices. Price changes for an active subscription take effect from the next billing period and are announced at least 14 days in advance.

4. Payments

Orders are processed by Creem, which acts as the merchant of record and reseller of the Pro plan and credits: Creem charges you, issues the invoice and handles applicable sales tax or VAT. Creem’s terms apply to the payment itself. We never see or store your card details.

The subscription renews automatically every month until cancelled.

5. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time in the web app: Credits & billing → Manage subscription, or in the extension: Rankings tab → Manage subscription. Both open your Creem customer portal. You can also cancel from the link in your payment receipt, or by writing to us. After cancellation Pro stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for; no further charges are made.

6. Refunds

If a paid plan or credit pack does not work as described, write to support@searchlane.app within 14 days of the payment and we will refund that payment in full. Refunds are issued through Creem to the original payment method. After a refund of a plan, its paid features end immediately. This does not limit any rights you have under the consumer law of your country.

7. Acceptable use

Do not use the Service to break the law, to overload or attack websites, to resell or redistribute the data the Service provides (rankings, keywords, backlinks, AI answers) in bulk, or to bypass the daily limits (for example by creating multiple accounts). We may suspend accounts that do so.

8. Accounts

You are responsible for access to the email or Google account you sign in with. You can ask us to delete your account at any time; see the Privacy Policy for what data we keep and for how long.

9. Availability and liability

We work to keep the Service available but do not promise uninterrupted operation; the Rankings feature features that use third-party data depend on those providers. To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is”, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Changes and law

If these Terms change, the date at the top changes too; material changes are announced in the web app and the extension. These Terms are governed by the laws of the operator’s place of business, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
